R. Derrick Knowles, MD
Dr. Knowles is an Honors graduate of the American University of the Caribbean in 2001 and has international medical experience including clerkships in England. His interests include family and emergency medicine, sports medicine as well as infectious disease. Dr. Knowles is a proponent for general wellness and fitness, as well as prevention and has acted as Team Physician for the Seattle Quake Rugby Football Club. The diversity of patients and diagnoses encountered in the Urgent Care/Family Care setting are an interesting mix and Dr. Knowles’ intent is to continue to provide comprehensive medical care to our growing community.
Ron King, PA-C
Ron is a graduate of OHSU School of Medicine, Physician Assistant Program’s Class of 2000. Ron also has a Masters degree in Speech Pathology from California State University, Chico. His 25 years of healthcare experience include work in rehabilitation and as a Speech Pathologist in various settings. He is a strong patient advocate and enjoys the variety of diagnoses he encounters with a focus on family dynamics—especially in geriatric care. His philosophy is to treat the whole person and not just the disease, and to include humor, when possible, as "laughter is the best medicine".
Cheryl Einerson, FNP
Cheryl has more than 40 years of nursing experience and graduated from Washington State University with the Class of 2000 with her Masters Degree/FNP. She also holds a Masters Degree in Health Education from University of Oregon. Her experience includes extensive work in emergency medicine and trauma, geriatric care, and intensive care services. Cheryl’s goal is to restore health and happiness to each individual using natural health laws, preventative medicine, rest, and medications only when needed to supplement.
